Homebridge Healthcare Services LLC is hiring full-time Health Services Manager.
Job Duties:
- Collect patient histories, and provide guidance and preventative health care as needed.
- Refer patients to a physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment and assist physicians in formulating therapeutic decisions.
- Monitor the treatment program of the patient to inform the attending physician of pertinent medical information.
- Order appropriate tests, and interpret results to identify &assess patient health care needs.
- Manage staff recruitment and development related works, including participation in interviews and hires to select health care personnel.
- Prepare and care for supplies and equipment. Supervise all professional and non-professional staff to ensure quality performance standards. Establish mutual goal setting and achievement standards to better formulate, monitor and enforce budgets and care procedures.
- Actively develop and pursue referral sources, as well as facilitates on-going relationships with various medical and health communities. Follow up on referrals by contacting patients, physicians, family members, etc.
- Work to develop and open positive rapport and relationships with community resources by attending public meetings to publicize the clinic and handling community outreach programs.
- Supervise Registered Nurses, Personal Care Aides, and Nursing Assistants.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Cardiovascular Technology, or other related field.
